Meet The Owner
Welcome to Spain Built. I‘m Ed Espinoza and my family is originally from Spain where my wife and I lived and studied in Madrid. We loved the culture and architecture there, and we aspire to bring a bit of the Old World to every new design and construction project we do. After many years serving in uniform, I joined my brother and sister in our family business of designing and building custom homes. In 2022, we opened our newest market in the Panhandle of Florida, and we’d love the opportunity to help build your dream home.
What We Do
We build custom homes, and we renovate and remodel residential and commercial spaces. We specialize in occupied and fully operational job sites. We also offer project management, bid and estimation services.
